He is a court attorney and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), active member of the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPARD). With a trajectory of more than 15 years in the field of Condominium Law and Accounting, he is widely recognized for his experience and deep knowledge in the sector, being considered a reference in the area of condominium law by his colleagues and clients.
His academic and professional achievements include:
- Master’s Degree in Democratic Society, State and Law (Distinction) from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU).
- Master’s Degree in Advanced Studies in Spanish and Latin American Literature (Outstanding Mention) from the University of Barcelona.
- Master’s Degree in Advanced Studies in Spanish and Latin American Literature (Outstanding Mention) from the University of Barcelona.
- Master’s Degree in Tax Accounting from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD).
- Currently, PhD candidate at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU).
He is a founding member and executive director of the Association of Condominium Administrators of the Dominican Republic (ASOACORD) and of the Association of Philosophy of Law for the Latin World (i-Latina), based in Alicante, Spain. His commitment to Condominium Law is evidenced by his participation as a speaker in national and international congresses, addressing topics such as condominium legislation and philosophy of law.
Graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD), with a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the same university and an Official Master’s Degree in Environmental Law with honors from the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR).
He is a member of the Dominican Bar Association, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of the Dominican Republic (ICPARD) and the Philosophy of Law Association for the Latin World (i-Latina), founded in 2016 in Alicante, Spain.
With extensive experience in the regularization of condominiums and compliance with their tax, labor and social security obligations, his professional practice focuses on ensuring that communities comply with their duties before the General Directorate of Internal Taxes (DGII) and the institutions corresponding to the Dominican Social Security System. Her advice enables condominiums to operate within the legal framework and maintain responsible financial management in compliance with current regulations.

She is a lawyer and holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU).
He is a member of the Dominican Republic Bar Association (CARD) and has several diplomas in real estate foreclosure and enforcement proceedings.
His professional practice focuses on the registration of condominium privileges, real estate foreclosures and the sale at public auction of real estate due to non-payment of maintenance fees. Specialist in the extrajudicial and judicial collection of tax dues, he has achieved 100% effectiveness in the cases he handles, with collection results in record time.
